community supported design

as we get closer to our moving date (september 30) we are thinking a lot about our physical space-- where will our workspaces go in the new building?  how can we better organize client information-- folders, fabric samples, paint samples, etc. so that they are easier to keep track of and use?

AND-- while we are at it and since we are going to have more space-- we are re-vamping our workshop list and schedule.  with this is mind-- anybody have any suggestions?  we would love ideas about workshops you would like us to have, times and days you would like for them to be offered...

AND-- we have been thinking about offering an option in paying for workshops-- what about an annual fee that gives you discounted or FREE access to all our workshops?
